1. Controller

2. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

• Purpose: informing you about the launch of trustcringe.lol.
• Double opt-in: after you submit your address we send one confirmation email. Only after you click the link in it, your address is considered confirmed. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after [TODO: retention period, e.g. 30 days].
• What we store: your email address, the time of your request and confirmation, the wording of the consent you gave, and a hash of the confirmation token. We do not store your IP address.
• Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing [TODO: email address]. We then delete your address.
